  Part 1 Analysis of the teaching material.

  The content of my lesson is from ___________________(教材内容、版本等)The theme of this unit is_________________________.(本单元主题)By studying of this unit, we’ll enable students to know_________________________ (本课的主要内容)and develop the interest in___________________. (学科育人价值)At the same time, let the students learn how to____________________ (语法功能)

  

  Eg:

  The content of my lesson is from unit4, book 1 of new standard English published by foreign language teaching and research press. The theme of this unit is man and nature. By studying of this unit, we’ll enable students to know something about making friends online and learn the structure of argumentation. Students will form correct outlook on friendship.At the same time, we will let the students learn how to express their ideas in English.

  Part2. Analysis of the students

  The second part is analysis of students. Our students are in _______.(年级学段)They have learnt English for many years, so they have got some basic skills of studying English. Besides, _________________________________.(学生已掌握的知识或是优势) However, __________________________(学生的不足之处) is difficult for them .

  

  Eg:

  The second part is analysis of students. I will give the lesson to the students who are senior one. They have learnt English for many years, so they have got some basic skills of studying English. They are active and enthusiastic, and willing to share their ideas in the class.However, they do not well in analyzing and summarizing. They need to improve their abilities of analyzing and inductive learning.

  Part3 Analysis of the teaching objectives

  According to the new curriculum standard and the students, I set the following teaching objectives.

  Students will be able to _______________________________________________(语言能力、学习能力、思维品质及文化意识)

  

  Eg:

  1.Students will be able to get the main idea by reading the title and watching the video. And they will be able to skim and scan for information about friendship. (linguistic ability)

  2.Students will be able to draw a mind-map and sort information according to the passage. (learing ability)

  3.Students will able to express their opinions about making friends online.(thinking quality)

  4.Students will form a correct outlook on friendship.(cultural awareness)

  These objectives reflect the core quality of English.

  

  Part4 Analysis of the teaching important points and difficult points

  Using reading skills to read the passage and get information is the teaching important point. Expressing opinions is the teaching difficult point.

  Part5 Analysis of teaching and learning methods

  I will use Task-based language teaching. I design some tasks to help students learn. And I will use group work to let students take part in all kinds of activities.Students will learn by coorperating with others.

  

  Part6

  Analysis of teaching procedure

  Step1 Prediction

  I will show some pictures to students and lead them to read the title.Then ask them to guess what the passage is about. The purpose is to arouse students' interests of study.

  Step2 Skimming

  In thie step I will ask students to skim the passage and try to match the main ideas with each part.The purpose is to develop the skill of skimming.

  Step3 Scanning

  I will let students read the passage carefully and fill in the form. Of course I will explain some skills to students,such as using key words to locate the answer.The purpose is to develop the skill of scanning.

  

  Step4 Discussion

  I will discuss two questions with students. Firstly, I will ask students to find the author's opinion about making friens online.Then I will ask students what the genre of the passage is. Then I will help students to review the structure of argumentation.The purpose is to learn the structure of the passage.

  Step5 Mind-map

  I will ask students to draw a mind-map according to the passage.The purpose is to learn the structure of the passage.

  Step6 Thinking

  Students will think about whether we should make friends online according to the advantages and disadvantages. I will ask students do the activity in group work.

  The purpose is to develop students' critical thinking.

  

  Step7 Homework

  Students are required to write a short passage to express their ideas about making friends online.The purpose is to give students chance to express their opinions.

  Part 7 Blackboard design

  Blackboard design should be thought for a thing that attract the student’s attention and let them to write down the important teaching points. I will divide the blackboard into two parts .The left part will be used to write the important vocabulary and grammar and their usage. It will be reserved for the whole class. The right part will be precious explanation, I will write some sentence of the words, phrases and structures to explain their meaning.

  

  Part 8 Teaching reflection

  To be a good teacher is my dream; I think a teacher is not only a guide for the students, but also a friend of them. If I were a teacher, I would build a close relation with my students, helping them not only on their study, but also on their lives. I’ll try my best and I’m confident that I can be a good teacher.
