1.be based on : 以…为基础
The novel is based on a true story.

2.base sth on sth: 将…建立在…的基础之上

3.Way to do sth/way of doing sth： 做某事的方法
Please find a way to solve the problem yourself.

4.give sb a ride: 用车接某人，给某人搭便车(pick sb up)
