　　“阳了吗”英语怎么说？

　　阳了是指新冠肺炎核酸检测阳性。通常情况下，新冠肺炎核酸检测阳性一般是确诊了，但也有较小可能是假阳性，因此核酸检测阳性需要复查确认。

　　在英文中，阳性的英文说法是：Test positive。positive的本意是：积极的，正面的，肯定的。医学上则可以理解为：阳性的。

　　相应的，阴性的英文说法是：Test negative。这里的negative，本意是指负面的，否定的。医学上则理解为：阴性的。

　　注意，虽然中文都是居家自测，但是PCR test和antigen test是不一样的。PRC test指的是：polymerase chain reaction tests, which detect tiny snippets of the virus’s genetic material即聚合酶链式反应测试，它能够检测到极微量的病毒遗传物质。测试时间为1-2小时到几天不等，是诊断新冠感染的黄金标准，不需要无需额外的测试。需要在自行采样后，寄到专门机构进行检测。而antigen test抗原测试（快速测试），用于检测一个人目前是否感染，优点是测试时间最短只需15分钟，无需寄出，自行等待结果即可。但是如果为了更高的准确性，则需要进一步的PCR测试来确认。因此建议市民在症状最明显的时候，或是已经有几天的持续症状时再做抗原自测，提高准确性。我们现在的抗原自测就是antigen test。
