　　圣路易斯大学位处圣路易斯市中心，购物、交通、兼职都十分便利。校园占地面积235英亩（约0.95平方公里），拥有131座建筑，总面积达720万平方英尺（约67万平方米）。其主校园又称弗洛斯特校区（Frost Campus）包含除医学院外的全部教学学院，医学院有自己单独的校区，被称作“医学中心（Medical Center）”。 *（1）

　　圣路易斯大学拥有两座博物馆和4座图书馆。两座博物馆分别为一座当代宗教艺术博物馆，和一座普通艺术博物馆。主图书馆藏书量100万册，年订期刊6000册，外加140个电子图书库。另三个图书馆，分别为一座电影艺术分馆、一座法学分馆以及一座生命与医学分馆。

　　圣路易斯大学提供的住宿资源足够充足，大一新生强制要求住校，大二以上学生可以自由选择住校还是校外租房。
