【法国留学干货】未成年学生留学法国所需公证材料
本周，小编陪同鲁昂高等工程师商科联盟中15位未成年学生家长，一起前往公证处办理未成年人法国留学所需的公证材料。
由于未成年人在成年之前是需要法定监护人的，学生前往法国后，家长需要将监护权转交给法国的在校老师，因此监护权转交的申明就需要在中国做公证以及外事办的认证。那么让我们一起来看看看未成年人法国留学到底需要哪些公证材料，以及如何办理吧！
如果您希望申请未成年子女（ 即签证生效当日年龄未满十八周岁 ）定居法国以便就读于无论是公立还是私立的小学、中学、或者高等院校的一个超过九十天的课程，您必须为其申请一张 “ mineur scolarisé ” （ 未成年学生 ）的f="https://france-visas.gouv.fr/web/france-visas/long-stay-visa">长期居留签证 。
该签证同样适合于那些年龄介于十六至十八岁之间，希望报读超过九十天的语言或体育类培训课程的未成年人。
这类 “ 未成年学生 ” 长期居留签证仅适用于那些父母不居住在法国，并希望离开其父母来法国求学的未成年外籍人士。这类签证不涉及那些父母业已定居法国的未成年人。
您必须提供相关的证明材料，如：孩子的法国学校注册证明 、上学年的学习成绩表及其法语水平证书 、 在法国的住宿证明 、 经济担保证明以及医疗保险证明 、双方家长授权书 、以及法国监护人的联系方式。
未成年学生需要办理
1. 三本出生公证，法语翻译。（一本普通公证，一本要做外事办单认证需要封在信封里，一本要做外事办双认证需要封在信封里）
2. 两本监护权公证，法语翻译。（一本普通公证，一本要做外事办单认证需要封在信封里）
备注：公证拿到后（大约2-3周），可自行前往外事办办理单认证和双认证。
父母双方均需到场！未成年学生无需到场。
办理公证所需材料（原件与复印件都携带好，每份文件复印一份）：
1、学生本人身份证、户口簿；
2、父母身份证、户口簿；
3、父母结婚证（如父母离婚，在民政局登记离婚的提供父母离婚证及离婚协议书；在法院判决或调解离婚的，提供离婚判决书及生效证明书或离婚调解书）；
4、本人出生证明、独生子女证。如本人没有出生证明，需前往原报出生派出所开具本人与父母的关系证明、前往本人人事档案保管部门开具本人与父母的亲属关系证明；
5、本人2寸照片4张，办理三本。如需增加份数，再相应增加照片。（无需复印）
6. 学生证原件复印件
7. 护照原件及首页复印件
8. 法国学校录取通知书（直接打印，无需原件）
9. 监护权申明书
10. 法国学校开具的监护人证明
11. 法国监护人的护照首页
Tips: 一般办理出生公证需要到户籍所在地，外地的学生可以联系公证处询问是否能提供居住证或房产证，这样可以就近办理，不用回到原籍。
我们再来看看france visas网站要求的未成年学生递签材料清单：
Supporting documents requiredThe supporting documents to be provided are as follows:Pre-requisitesA travel document, issued less than 10 years ago, containing at least two blank pages, with a period of validity at least 3 months longer than the date on which you intend to leave the Schengen Area or, in the case of a long stay, at least three months longer than the expiry date of the visa requested. Be sure to transmit (scan) ALL PAGES of your travel document containing visas, entry and exit stamps or any other inscription.
近10年内签发的旅行证件，并且至少有两页供使用的签证空白页。证件有效期需超过预计离开申根区的日期至少3个月；如果是长期居留，证件有效期需超过申请的签证到期日至少3个月。请扫描所有包含签证、出入境章及其他注册证明的旅行证件页，以及户口簿所有页。ID photograph.
证件照片。If you are not a national of your country of residence: proof that you are legally resident in that country (e.g. residence permit).
对于在华居住的外国人：需提供剩余有效期6个月以上的居留许可的复印件，或正在办理居留续期的证明。If you have an official travel document, a note verbale is required.
MinorsAuthorization to settle in France signed by the holder(s) of parental authority in the forms required under local law, along with a copy of his/her/their identity document (if the minor is not travelling with his/her parents or guardian).Birth certificate or copy of family book.
（经公证认证的）未成年人出生证明或法国家庭册副本或户口本所有页复印件。Where appropriate, proof of parental authority.
必要时，提供父母或监护人授权相关证明。Purpose of travel/stayCommitment to present proof of compulsory vaccinations at the educational institution in France.
需向法国教育机构出示强制接种疫苗证明。If not a scholar, any document establishing the ability to take courses in French (except students enrolled in a French educational institution abroad).
如无奖学金，需提供相关材料证明具备用法语进行课程学习的能力（不包括在国外法国教育机构注册的学生）。If not holder of a scholarship, proof of study (transcripts and registration or pre-registration).
如无奖学金，需提供学校证明（成绩单以及注册单或预注册单）。Parental authorization or legal minor representative, signed by the person(s) with parental authority, authorizing the host family in France (where appropriate, boarding school) to receive the child, and a photocopy of signatory(s) identity document.
亲属关系证明或未成年人的监护人证明，经父母一方（双方）授权法国寄宿家庭（必要时，或者为公立或私立寄宿学校）接收孩子同意书，以及签名人的身份证件复印件。Supporting letter of the parents or legal representative, explaining the reasons for the request.
父母或者企业法人的动机信，并明确申请理由。FundsIf holder of a scholarship, certificate proving payment of a government scholarship and the specific amount awarded.
如持奖学金：明确金额的政府奖学金证明。Proof of financial support and copy of an identity document of the sponsor.
负担在法国学习和生活费用的承诺书，父母或资助人的资金证明及身份证件复印件。AccommodationIf internal, certificate from the director of the establishment and a copy of a proof of his identity, promise from a host family during periods when the boarding school is closed. If external, promise from a host family, copy of a proof of identity of the host, information on the nature of the accommodation.
寄宿生：学校负责人出具的证明及负责人身份证件复印件，以及寄宿接待家庭出具的在学校宿舍关闭期间提供住宿的承诺书（附寄宿提供者的身份证件复印件）。 非寄宿生：寄宿接待家庭的承诺书（附寄宿提供者的身份证件复印件），住房条件情况说明。Travel health insuranceProof of health insurance and civil liability.
医疗保险和民事责任保险证明。
