　　“See”的意思是用眼睛注意到或意识到(某人或某物)。

　　Watch的意思是看（某人或某事）一段时间，注意正在发生的事情。

　　我们坐下来看日落。

　　Watchcarefully.Youmaylearnsomething.

　　仔细看，也许你能学到点东西。

　　除此之外，watch也有留心，注意某事，照看的意思。

　　★“See”更侧重于我们眼睛有没有看东西的能力，可不可以看到东西。

　　★“Look”则是视线上的注目的“看”。
