　　摘要

　　随着改革开放的深入和城市化进程的加快，我国建筑业呈现出了蓬勃发展之局面，可繁荣背后，却隐藏着诸多危机，其中最深刻的问题就是社会责任感的缺失和职业伦理的失范。本文从建筑职业伦理角度出发，对建筑设计过程中的伦理困境、伦理抉择及伦理养成等问题进行研究和探索，希望通过本课题的研究，能够促进建筑师们自觉地反思和规划自己的建筑职业活动和建筑设计方向，对建筑师思考建筑本质内容和深入认识所担负的社会伦理职责有所启示；能够从更广泛的视角认识建筑的职业伦理，更好的促进社会的和谐发展。

　　本文共 7 章，分为 3 大部分：第一部分从相关概念的理论界定入手，主要阐释了建筑职业伦理的相关概念

　　及历史渊源，论述了建筑职业伦理的主要特征和意义以及建筑职业伦理规范的相关问题。

　　第二部分本文首先详细介绍了国外众多建筑师职业伦理规范，梳理并分析了职业伦理准则的发展历程，并从影响力权威性，组织框架，规范内容三方面和我国当前的职业伦理规范作了分析比较。然后，结合当前我国建筑职业伦理现状，深入剖析了当前我国建筑行业职业伦理失范的原因，并从社会、政治、经济、制度、教育及建筑师自身等多方面因素进行了论述。此外，本文对建筑师职业伦理的内涵进行了详细论述，认为建筑师职业伦理责任是建筑师职业伦理中最重要的一部分，并从建筑师对公众的责任，对环境的责任，对雇主的责任，对同行的责任，对职业的责任多方面进行了详细的阐述，并对建筑设计过程中的伦理困境、伦理抉择进行了研究和探索。

　　最后本文尝试探索了建筑职业伦理建设的养成途径，针对我国建筑职业伦理的现实状况，从外部制度、教育引导、伦理自律三个层面上提出了我国建筑职业伦理建设的相关措施及方法。

　　ABSTRACT

　　With the deepening of reform and opening-up and the acceleration of urbanization in China, there has situated a vigorous development of architecture business. However, many crisis, which one of the most profound problem is social responsibility deficiency and ethics anomie, has hidden behind superficial prosperity. View from the architects’ professional ethics, the dissertation focuses on the ethical dilemmas, ethical choice and ethics cultivation of architectural design process, furthermore, the dissertation explores and inspires the appropriate architecture professional activities and the right design direction, deliberate thought of architecture essence, brave bearing on ethics duties which Chinese architects are needed nowadays.
