AbstractBothancientandmodern,lawrelationshipisacommontheme.Fromtheearliestmythsandlegends,theancientliteraturetomodernvarietyofplays,novels,dramasandothermediacontinuetoperform,topic-lawhascontinuedeversince.Althoughlawrelationshiphavetheirowncharacteristicsduetodifferenttimeandplace,itsnarrativepatternwasinseparablefromthe"fight-law"theme.Motherisnobleandwifeishumilityinancient,motherreliedontheauthorityofthefeudalpatriarchdictateswife,ancient-lawonbothsidesofpersonalityiscompletelyunequal.Inmoderntelevisiondramas,motherandwifehavemoreconflictsindailylifebecauseofmicromanagingandtheconflictsexplodeatanytime,butintensified.Nomatterinthemythsandlegends,ancientliteratureorthemodernnovels,plays,andtelevisionworks,therecurrentimageryoftheconflictbetweenmotherandwife,generationsofeachother,modelingandterritoryacrosstimeandspace,whythecharacteristicscanbeinherited?Whythefamilydramaisstillkeentoexpressthe"conflict-law"inprofoundchangesofthesocialreality?Inthispaper,ancientmythsasthestartingpoint,wehopetoexplorethefollowingquestions:firstly,crawlingprototype-lawrelationshipfromWesternmythology,clarifyingtheoriginalrootcauseofthefight-law.Secondly,analyzingandinterpretingthe"Motherhood"in-lawconflict,sketchingoutnarrativemodeoflawconflicts,andthensummarizingtheprototypeconnotationoflawrelationship.Thirdly,startingfrommodernfamilydrama"Kintaro’shappylife","hermothermetMom",theauthorusestextanalysismethodstoanalyzethecharacteristicsofmoderntelevisiondramasinlawrelationship,in-depthinterpretationofmotives-lawconflict,characteristics,andcauses.Last,theauthorpointsthesubstantiveof"femalewoman"relationships.Aftertheaboveanalysisandinterpretation,theauthorbelievesthatbothancientandmodernlawrelationshipareonthesubstanceof"male-female"relationshipreplacement.Womenareundertheguiseofmalepower,educatingandconductinganotherwoman,motheranddaughterdidnotgetindependence,stilldependentonmenexist.Thereisnoresearchwhichusetheprototypetheorytoanalysisoldwomandaughter-in-lawrelationatpresent.The
