　　摘要：随着医学美容的市场化、商业化，社会审美观的演变。人们美容心态的转变，医学美容在发展过程中出现了许多伦理

　　问题，如对求美者的治疗目的缺乏恰当引导，从业人员缺乏正确的理论导向和一定的临床水平不高导致治疗手段的欠缺，

　　纠纷发生后缺乏恰当的处理等。并就此提出相应的伦理对策，医学美容行业从业人员应遵循尊重、知情同意、保密、不伤

　　害、诚信的伦理原则和职业道德要求，政府部门应完善和加强医学美容的市场管理，建立伦理审查委员会。
