小班幼儿助人行为的研究___
——以北京市海淀区某公立幼儿园为例
摘要
幼儿亲社会性的发展一直是人们关注的焦点，幼儿助人行为的研究也是幼儿教育领域的热门课题。许多研究结果都显示，幼儿时期的社会领域学习对孩子日后社会性的发展有相当大的促进作用，比如可以养成良好的个性和人生观。
本研究以前人的理论和实践为基础，从多个方面对幼儿助人行为进行观察研究，更深入地了解在小班幼儿在园的一日常规活动中助人行为的发展特点，为幼儿亲社会教育提供参考和借鉴。本研究选取北京市海淀区一所公立幼儿园的小一班和小二班作为研究对象，采用观察研究与问卷访谈相结合的方法，主要探究小班幼儿助人行为的表现和显著特征以及影响小班幼儿助人行为产生的主要因素。
研究结果显示：小班幼儿在园生活中的确存在助人行为；不同性别的小班幼儿助人行为不存在显著差异；小班幼儿的助人行为对象大多为同伴，其中帮助同性同伴和异性同伴的次数相差不大；受助者多为积极主动的反应；小班幼儿在园出现的助人行为策略种类多以体力援助为主。最后，笔者针对小班幼儿的心理发展特点，从父母、老师的榜样示范作用和讲故事两个方面提出了相关的建议。

Abstract
The development of children's Pro-social behaviors has long been the center for public attention. The research of Helping behaviors is a hot topic in the field of pre-school education too. Studies have shown that children could grow healthier if they properly receive psychological guidance from adults. For instance, if parents attach more weight to social skills, children will be able to gain better personality and outlook on life.
This study takes a 3 year old class of a public kindergarten in Beijing as an example, using multiple approaches like observation, questionnaire and interview, in order to find out the main factors which may influence the appearance of helping behaviors.
This study shows that children in 3 year old class indeed have helping behaviors; helping behaviors of boys and girls does not exist significant gender differences; More children like helping their partners than going to aid their teachers; Most children like using strategy of physical assistance. Finally, according to the characteristics of the psychological development of children, the author proposes 2 suggestions which will make children become a warmhearted person in the future.

亲社会行为（Pro-social behavior)是儿童社会化发展的重要组成部分，而助人行为就是幼儿发展亲社会行为的重要体现之一。研究者在数月的实习中观察到了许多幼儿的助人行为及其对幼儿同伴关系、师生关系产生的积极影响。
