  Abstract

  Purpose:This research is a different and similar to make use of histamine—skin experiments to understand the Chinese herbal medicine antihistamine principle,contrast western medicine antihistamine function.

  Methods:Draft 40 patients of AR that according with the standard.Establish small—blue—dragon soup group(20),loratadine group(20).Observe the object take the smali—blue—dragon soup,loratadine 10 mg.Histamine(20.1、7.3 mmol/L)and mite(1:100)skin tests were performed for each one before dosing and 7days after dosing.After 15 minutes measure wheal and flare areas, draw the AUDRC(area under dose—response curve,AUDRC),using trapezoid method calculation AUDRC for each subject,recorded and compared the data. A11 data were analysis in multivaraiate ANOVA.

  ResuIt:1.The wheal and flare area compared with itself after dose and before dose There was no significantly differed in smali—。blue—‘dragon soup(P>O.05),in loratadine shows a highly significant treatment effecy(P<0.05).
