清代乾嘉新义理研究——以“以礼代理”说为中心.pdf

“乾嘉新义理学”建筑在否定由宋儒提倡的“存天理,灭人欲”的理欲观的
基础上,导源于戴震、程瑶田,发扬于凌廷堪、焦循、阮元等人,他们通过辨析
“托”与“理”的字义,比较“礼”与“理”的社会功能,强调“礼”是圣人之
道的主体,抉发。礼”的道德实践意义,进而主张弃理言礼,倡为“以礼代理”。
这样不仅与程朱理学划清界限,而且激活了清初以来被汉学家所淡化了的经术经
世观念,弥补汉学家重考据、轻义理的倾向,重新确立经世致用之学。
。以礼代理”说的思想内容始终围绕着风俗人情、社会秩序和伦理价值观念
等儒家的道德学说而展开,以探求“先王制礼之意”为本旨,考辨亲亲与尊尊、
嫂叔服制、男女婚姻、贞女与守节等,将礼拉回到对生命本身的关注之上。
